Domain, hosting & account care
Domains & Client Care
The public website explains your choices. The protected client portal handles domains, billing, and account services.
DOMAINS & CLIENT CARE
Keep the business web address—and the account behind it—under clear control.
A domain is the address people use to find your business online. It is separate from the website, the hosting account, and email service, which is why each decision needs a clear owner and a protected account route.
Register
Register when the business is claiming a new name. Use a business-controlled account email and record the renewal date in the organization’s operating records.
Renew
Renew when the business wants to keep an existing name. Review the domain, term, invoice, and billing details in Client Billing well before the expiration date.
Transfer
Transfer when the business is moving the domain to a different registrar or consolidating account care. Confirm eligibility, contact-email access, and current status before starting.
USE THE PROTECTED PORTAL FOR PROTECTED WORK
Client Billing is the home for account-specific domain actions.
Use Client Billing to sign in, begin a protected order, review invoices, and open support requests. Use the public website for general guidance. Never send passwords, payment details, login credentials, or domain authorization codes in a public form or unprotected email.
