Metro Graphics - Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by Metro Graphics, including web hosting, domain registration, and related services. By using our services you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Metro Graphics services for any of the following:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating mailing lists without confirmed opt-in, or any activity that results in our IP addresses being blacklisted.
- Malware and Hacking: Distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, or tools designed to gain unauthorized access to other systems.
- Phishing: Hosting fake login pages, fraudulent websites, or any content designed to deceive users into revealing personal or financial information.
- Illegal Content: Storing, distributing, or linking to content that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
- Copyright Infringement: Hosting or distributing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Excessive Resource Use: Running processes or scripts that consume excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth in a manner that degrades service for other clients.
- Network Abuse: Port scanning, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that disrupts our network or the networks of others.
3. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice. Where required by law, we will cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Metro Graphics's failure to enforce any provision of this policy on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any future right to enforce it.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metro Graphics, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this AUP by you or any person accessing services through your account.
5. Claims Limitation
Any legal claim arising from your use of Metro Graphics services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim is permanently barred.
6. Assignment
Metro Graphics may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
7. Reporting Abuse
