  • Provision and manage your hosting and domain services.
  • Send invoices, payment receipts, and service-related notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
  • cPanel/WHM for hosting account management on our servers.
  • ICANN-accredited registrars for domain registration, which are subject to ICANN's WHOIS and data policies.

4. Data Retention
We retain your account and billing records for a minimum of 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption on all client-facing pages and secure storage of account credentials. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our client portal (Blesta) uses session cookies necessary for login and account management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
